Why am I not receiving password reset emails?

If you have requested a password reset email but haven't received it please check:

  1. Spam or Junk email folder.
  2. The email that you requested the link be sent to matches the email you used when you joined.
  3. You have activated your account through the original activation email sent at the time of signup.
Password reset emails will not be sent if the account has not yet been activated. If you cannot find your original activation email please contact your CityFitness club and request an activation link be resent to you.
