Not Receiving Password Reset Email

If you have requested a password reset email but haven't received it please check:

  1. Spam or Junk email folder.
  2. The email that you requested the link be sent to matches the email you used when you joined.
  3. You have activated your account through the original activation email sent at the time of signup.
Password reset emails can not be sent if the account has not yet been activated. If you can't find your original activation email, please contact your CityFitness club and request an activation link be resent to you.
