If you miss a regular payment, you will receive a notification text message or email from us informing you that a payment has been missed and what steps need to be taken. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you have three payment options:
- Visit a nearby club and pay at the reception desk.
- Via our online Member Portal
- Contact Member Services on 0800 348 637 to pay over the phone
