I never received a link to activate my account, what should I do?

Upon signing up an automatic invitation email would have been sent to the email address provided during the sign up process. If you did not receive the email, first check your spam folder.

If you cannot locate the email, please speak to one of the CityFitness staff at the club during staffed hours to confirm we have the correct email address in our system and request a new invite be sent to you.
