# Rules for Minors

A minor is anyone under the age of 18 years. The following rules are applicable:

- A minor can only be in the club during staffed hours.
- For a minor to join CityFitness they must be at least 14 years of age.
- Anyone under 14 years of age can not use our facilities.
- Members must be over 18 years of age to bring in a guest.

If you are under the age of 18 you must sign up in club during staffed hours with your parent or guardian present.
