When is the best time to get a Personal Trainer?

The best time to get a personal trainer is when you're starting your health and fitness journey or when you need extra support to get back on track.  As a CityFitness member, you can take advantage of a free one hour orientation session with a personal trainer at the start of your membership to provide the guidance and motivation you need to help  kickstart your goals.  If you're already a member and looking for additional help, don't hesitate to reach out to our team in the club.
