When is the best time to get a Personal Trainer?

The best time to benefit from the services of a trainer will be either when you are starting out on your journey, or when need additional support to get back on track. As a CityFitness member, we offer an Orientation session a Personal Trainer at the start of your membership. This is to provide you with the guidance and support required to kick start your results.
