Recovery Rooms

Our Recovery Rooms are designed to help you unwind, recharge and support your body after a workout. Available at select clubs, the dedicated spaces feature recovery equipment such as massage chairs, helping to ease muscle tension, promote relaxation and support circulation.

We’re also excited to introduce new additions to our Recovery Rooms, including Hyperice massage guns and Evolt body scanners, coming later this year.

Recovery Room access is available with a Black Card Membership.
